SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy:

We ship all Raaka products within 5 days of your placing the order. Getting your order to you is extremely important to us, and it is even more important that you don't have to wait for it for too long.

That being said, all Raaka Artisan products are made to order, and they will be shipped once they are complete. Our artisans will ship your order to you from wherever they are located, and shipping will be free.

We ship worldwide! Shipping for Raaka products in the USA is free, but some Raaka products may not ship for free internationally.

Return Policy:

We offer a 15 day return period during which we will give you a full refund (not including return shipping). After the 15 day period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Items:

Send us an email at theraakaco@gmail.com with the order number (and pictures of the item if applicable) along with a detailed description of why you would like to return or exchange the item.
We will send you the return address and shipping label.
- We are a new small business, so we do not offer free return shipping. We ask that you pay all international shipping and return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return and inspect it we will issue the refund to your account. This should be 5 days after we receive your return.
